The largest room at W12, our Oak Suite is the ideal conference space with capacity for up to 150 delegates in theatre-style. A raised platform at the front of the room is designed specifically for delivering talks and sessions, while a fully-integrated lectern allows speakers to plug their devices directly into the projector and sound system.
These two conference rooms are a great choice for smaller conferences or used as breakout spaces at larger ones. The rooms can be used separately to hold around 30 delegates each, or integrated to accommodate up to 80 in theatre-style. Their versatility makes them ideal spaces to include at conferences with simultaneous speaker sessions or panels as they can be easily adapted to suit the numbers.

At W12 Conferences, we believe that choosing a small meeting or conference room shouldn’t mean compromising on facilities. The Hawthorn & Chestnut Suites are available for separate use for up to 15 delegates each or can be combined (recommended for conferences) to accommodate 40 guests in theatre style.
