Our Maple & Ash suites are bright and practical London conference spaces. The rooms are versatile and can be used together to accommodate up to 80 guests in theatre style, or separately for up to 32 in the Maple Suite and 30 in the Ash Suite.
These rooms are an ideal solution for organisers looking for a well-located London meeting space as they provide everything you need for hosting a seamless conference, training event or AGM.
Feel confident that your delegates will remain engaged and comfortable for the duration of your event with air conditioning in both suites, whilst large windows let in lots of natural daylight to help create an energised and productive atmosphere.
Just as you would expect from a modern conference centre, both the Maple and Ash meeting rooms are well-equipped and offer a high standard of AV facilities. This includes dedicated projector screens in each room, all the latest PC and Mac screen adapters ready to go and Full HD 1080P projectors. Screen sharing capabilities give organisers ease-of-use whilst our live-streaming facilities mean your event can be accessed by delegates anywhere in the world.
Our Maple and Ash suites are available for use as separate spaces, or together as one larger room to accommodate 80 delegates (theatre style). As individual spaces, we can host up to 32 guests in the Maple Suite or 30 in the Ash Suite.
