The Oak Suite is our largest event space, accommodating up to 150 delegates in theatre layout, 90 in cabaret style or up to 24 in boardroom setup. Popular for conferences, training sessions and AGMs, the Oak Suite offers full A/V facilities and is close to The Lounge for breakout and catering space.
Available as two separate meeting spaces or together to accommodate up to 80 guests in theatre style or 24 in boardroom setup, our Maple and Ash Suites are versatile West London meeting spaces. With full and up-to-date A/V facilities in both suites, natural daylight, air conditioning and breakout space just along the corridor, our Maple and Ash Suites are well-equipped meeting areas.

The Hensman Suite is the ideal meeting space for important discussions with clients or colleagues. The meeting room ensures total privacy whilst everything required for a productive and rewarding meeting comes provided. Its large, sleek table has room to seat up to 15 attendees and AV facilities are already integrated into the meeting room to ensure ease of use and efficiency in your meeting.

At W12 Conferences, we believe that choosing a small meeting room shouldn’t mean compromising on facilities or experience. Our Hawthorn and Chestnut Suites are available for use separately or together with space for up to 40 delegates in theatre layout, fully air-conditioned, flooded with natural daylight and with the same audio-visual amenities as our largest meeting and conference rooms.
